this is kind of horrible...I spent $38xx to attain my Chanel Fantasy Tweed Flap w/Rabbit Fur and Lizard Skin...I think it originally retailed for only $2000 something max...but since the style is so rare and the item was mint...I went a bits nuts over it...looking back on it..yes..I've worn it a million times, and it's beautiful but...hmm...

Nowadays: 400 dollars in general. However, if an expensive bag that I love is originally 4,200 dollars and gets discounted 75 percent or so and is so extraordinarily rare in that kind of discount, then I'll snag it at that $1,000 plus mark.

I would be willing to pay up to $1,500, though, but this would mean keeping my collection at a very trim 2-4 bags. I think I may be headed in this direction.
