I broke the $500 mark with my Gryson chocolate Skye last fall (around $550 on sale) . I will move up to $800 should I keep the Be & D woven leather satchel I ordered from NM (still waiting for it to be delivered) that has a msrp of $1590. Finally, I'll likely break the $1000 mark if I find something I like (or should I say succumb to) at the Bottega Veneta store when I'm in Vegas this December.

i guess i'm in a different league here...the most i ever spent on a bag was $199 (on a Coach tote bag). i own 2 coach bags and i just bought 1 michael kors bag but they were all under $200, since i bought them either @ outlets or after they went on sale. also, i only been buying designer bags for ~1 month now...so there's a good chance i'll be spending much more in the future..
