What is the most that you'd spend on a handbag?

The most expensive bag I own was a gift from my soon to be mother in-law. She bought me an Ostrich Birkin that (I think) was around $15,000. Needless to say it's still in my closet! I haven't had the guts to take it out yet, I kind of think it would look ridiculous on me, I'm 21! Anyway, it was a very generous gift and I'm glad she likes me that much lol. Most expensive bag I purchased was a gift to my mother for mother's day last year, a white Louis Vuitton Suhali Le Febuleux.. I don't remember exactly how much it was, maybe around $4,000. She gave birth to me, least I can do is buy her nice things!
Unleash the birkin or at least let us see pictures to
over. Lindsay Lohan uses hers all the time and she is younger than you isn't she? I wouldn't care about age when it comes to something like Birkins mate

i am SO the odd man out... the most i've paid is $212, and i haven't even paid yet, it goes out on FRIDAY LOL. it's for a brand spanking new Kooba Bonnie, and for all of you it's nothing, but i'm excited. i'm 22, and can't afford all your DELICIOUS sounding (and looking) bags. yall are lucky i'm not close enough to drool! this is my tiny lil "most expensive" purchase
hehe. my mother had a 400 dollar black leather coach tote she gave me, but i do not think that counts, as i did not purchase it. this last purchase i made i'm SO excited over... and it was only like 200 bucks... thats my BILLS PAID or ALMOST HALF MY RENT LOLAttachments
I have bought a few bags but I plan to get more so I dont think that I have made my most expensive purchase yet. It will probably be LV something though
I love this place!! I've been criticized a lot for owning a Birkin, my friends told me I would look so snobby carrying it.. but I've decided it's time it comes out of the closet!

My most expensive bag purchase so far has been a pre-loved MJ Sophia on ebay for 385. But remember, I'm in grad school and jobless.. haha. I had extra money from my tax return and I went for it. Sometimes I think I need to do things like that to stay sane!
My Chanel Bordeaux distressed lambskin Reissue in the 225 size.. it was $2,029 with tax, the retail was $1,875.
Wow i think it makes a huge difference when you list prices with the thousands separator versus without, it looks so much more expensive with the comma....
