My favorite is Tarte's tartiest double take. It comes with a liquid and a pencil side, but I only use the liquid. It works really well and doesn't smudge since I have monolids.

I used to be devoted to the Physician’s Formula but I find the line overpriced for drugstore and the Essence works just as well on me.

I use the all-day eyeliner by Chanel. The only downside is after I apply it, it takes a while to dry and sometimes it'll go on my eyelid and it's really difficult to remove. But otherwise, I love it.
