Agree with everyone. Who cares?? I am in industrial sales and work a lot with engineers. I have always felt they do not pay much attention to that but from time to time i do get compliments. I used to carry only diaper bags when i was stay at home mom for several years (hardest job ever!). After that, i love carrying my bag. To me, it is letting me be myself not being mom or wife especially I buy with my own money.

I work in Insurance and yes I bring my bags to work and they sit under my desk I like to use my bags
Most co workers don’t know the designers names but they know That they know they are designer bags
I actually squirm if they want to touch them or try on
#iknowtheyareonlybagslol

This would give me anxiety. Who just grabs someone’s belongings without permission? Even with permission, I find that odd to try someone’s bag on.

:PI work in construction, mostly in the office. People can be super judgy but I don’t care at all. I wear my speedy (my only bag at the moment) to work at the office. I have lots of other bags I love to rotate (Harveys is my favorite).
However I definitely wouldn’t bring LV out when I have to go on a job, too much liquids/etc that could get on the bag! Not to mention a construction site just doesn’t seem like a good place for LV.
I like to bring a washable bag just in case. Also something very small I can wear with me because otherwise you might have to leave your bag in the truck and if it is too big, you can’t hide it in the glove or center divider so it’s not out.

I’m a RN  nightshift. Prior to the pandemic I never brought my bags to work, maybe a small bookbag - mostly because I’m a travel nurse (3 month contracts) & usually don’t get assigned a locker :-/ lol! During this pandemic I carry as little as possible. Usually just have a small card holder, phone, & key fob in my pocket. Most of my coworkers call me bougie so they’d probably go overboard if I brought any of my bags to work :angel:

LOL! It cracks me up that there's a label for it now. I grew up in the 80s and bougie was the norm. So many of these brands have been around for years, and women have been carrying them for years. Wonder why do people get labeled now?

I used to be an engineer. I used to wear my designer bags to work all the time because I worked mostly with guys who didn’t care or couldn’t recognize them. Now I’m a grad student in Switzerland and it’s pretty common to see students sling around Neverfulls to class. I’m in good company!

MD. I work in a group practice.
Some of my colleagues are fashion forward (and are probably also on TPF ;)
Some don’t care and carry functional non-branded totes.
We all get along just fine.
I like big bags (and I cannot lie) so I bring my LV totes to my clinic office because those bags are nearly indestructible and good for inclement weather.

Lol! Atleast I’m not the only one  & @EpiFanatic that’s what I want to know

I’m a pharmacist as well (it seems like a lot of us love bags) and have never carried luxury bags to work. I rotate my bags quite a bit and prefer to carry them on the weekends. I usually carry something huge, lightweight, and practical like a Longchamp tote to work. Since the COVID-19 pandemic started my hospital system put a clear bag policy in place so I now carry a cute little clear purse that I purchased on Amazon. I do carry a Cles pouch and MCM wallet in it though.
