Food What did you eat today!?

Tuesday
Breakfast: Big bowl of blueberries, kiwi, mango and pineapple. 2 cups coffee with soya milk
Lunch: Baked potato and salad, sparkling water
Snack: Oat cake and a banana, more coffee
Dinner: Pasta con Broccolli, glass of Pinot Grigio and a handful of strawberries.
 
Breakfast - English muffin with sugar free jelly
Lunch - grilled chicken salad from subway. Bag of BBQ baked lays, minute maid light lemonade
Snack - small apple
Dinner - slice of pizza and a side salad
Dessert - boysenberry frozen yogurt. Yum!
