So I started my official journey and love affair with Hermès about six months ago. So far I have bought a garden party, jige, oran sandals, several clic clacs, and a few leather bracelets. What other stuff do you love to purchase that you really enjoy? I would love some ideas!

Thanks,
Floridamama

I love everything Hermes... so it's not hard to find things I love when I'm visiting the boutique... but the thread title would change my response. Are you trying to figure out what to buy in order to get a birkin?

Yes, I didn’t explain that properly. Would love to know what everyone’s thinks are good items to buy to get wishlist bags.

As I've posted in https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/treatment-in-hermes-stores.267768/page-255#post-32985130

Based on observation from my local boutique, the clients who try to force a relationship with the end goal of a B/K/C and nothing else are treated as pure cash cows. I'm not sure whether a minimum spend to get quota bags is instituted here but based on my experiences, there are times I get offers so early in the year that I haven't spent anything near the (oft quoted) minimum.

It's great to love Hermes and appreciate all their products, but I'd be careful of becoming that client that's literally buying the whole store at once in the hopes of procuring a B. SA's can see desperation and some will continue to dangle the hopes of a B 'coming soon' IF you buy more. Plenty of stories around here of that.

Become an established client. Buy what you like. That's what I do and I have no problems getting B/K/C's. If you can't wait, go the reseller route.

Only buy what you love and use otherwise you're just throwing your money away, you might as well buy a preloved bag.

Personally, I buy across the whole store. But only things I can't live without. Loving their shoes lately. I'm so happy the fashion has moved towards footwear people can actually walk in.

AMEN TO THAT!!!
And the H shoes coming now... LOOOOOOOOOVE!!! =)

Where are you based?

I’m based in south Florida..........I chose the west palm beach store because my cousin referred me to a sales associate there that he uses when he travels to the states. I could have chosen design district also because I’m in between the two stores.

Birkin bait=RTW, Homegoods, Shoes, and Fine Jewelry
No clic clac, GP, CDC or shawl type items...
Yep! I find that blankets and pillows goes a Loooong way at my store lol. I don’t mind. I use those items constantly so cost per use is pretty good. I am also a huge Hermès shoe fan. Haven’t done RTW yet but I imagaine when the right piece comes along I will!

Some have been soooo stunning! For me the price tag on the pieces that I liked have been a bit much. I’m waiting for something to come along and sweep me off my feet. There was a short coat last season that came close.. but it was white.. and I have 2 kids under 4 ..and a dog... plus I’m kind of a mess myself..
