Okay... I'm willing to throw fanny packs on the bonfire.

Totally they have never ever ever been a good or stylish look! I grew up in the 80's/90's so remember them the first time round, horrid! Oh okay, I even owned one there I said it! I may well have actually burnt that, it was what it deserved, bright pink with black belt. Get me, in the day I was sooooo cool.

That is why they are called a fannypack. :roflmfao:

I do not want to offend anyone, but in my opinion it would be Michael Kors. As it looks like they are "taking too much inspiration" from other designers with many of their items. (I do own 2 small selma bags)

Respectfully, I would totally disagree with you. the brand does not "look cheap, nor bland." Each to their own opinion however. I find some high end lots of bucks bags can look cheap and bland. Each of us have our own favourite brands.

Have you owned any Kors bags? If not, how can you give an educated comment on them? I would be interested to know which you have owned of kors that has led to this opinion?

I do not understand why you are getting offended over what I said. We are all entitled to our opinions/ preferences and my experiences with Michael Kors has been very negative. The customer service was awful and the purse I purchased began to show signs of wear in under a month. The seams were coming loose.

The title of the thread that Meg started here was "which bag" not "which whole brand." So you may see some forum members express their opinion that it is unfair because it is not in the spirit of what Meg asked us originally.🙂

I don't have a particular bag or designer in mind right now, but I really can't stand snake print! (Snakes gross me out!)
I wish designers would forget that it ever existed! & I'm also not fond of fur bags.
I don't really like the micro bags trend or tote bags without zippers.

No offence but I am quite the opposite! I love totes without zippers, easier for me to reach into and out. I wish there are more totes without zippers as I just don't use them. I am plain lazy.

Personally I don't like Prada's nylon bags, or longchamps' ones (I mean the BAGS not the BRANDS), even if the nylon is super strong, just looks cheap to me and not worth the designer price tags. But I know they are well-loved and well-known classics and that's fine.

Ah this question is like a Pandora's box. Even if the intention is good, there is bound to be a response that will offend someone. I've seen enough threads started berating one brand over the other.

All high end fake bags, people are losing a lot of money on them and all the MK since he shamelessly copies other designs and slaps his logo on it, I don't mind you can get them anywhere, just the fact that there is nothing original about it, so sad.
