I ordered a beautiful faux chanel reporter bag in camel, which was $200.00 on the net, and I adore it. Haven't even used it yet though. Argh----it's ultra-great leather, and the latest model with the same color CC's.

:yahoo: My gut intuitive instinct tells me that many women on here are saying what bags they are carrying today, and that they're not admitting they're fakes, like mine are for sure, and which I admit to such. I say it's time to fess up here. All of us.

What do we all have to lose? I say nothing. Why, I could not afford to pay $2,000 for a purse, well maybe I could, but I don't choose to do so. This is The difference. I'd rather pay the $2,000 actually travelling abroad, than carrying around an accessory. Maybe there's some who do not feel this way. Dunno. I just get the suspicion that many on here are not telling the truth, but then condemning another, for her "faux bag". Where's the charity in this?

I am merely proposing, that people please BE REAL on here. This is a place we can all share our "real life". If it's not, why it's merely just a fraud. I know, for one, I don't want to live this way.

I think we ARE being very REAL here, as most, if not all, of us only carry genuine bags. We do not condone fakes here on this forum. This is a place for true lovers of real bags. Yes, we could spend our money on other things, but we all love our (real) bags!

ETA: I find it ironic that you accuse those of us with genuine bags "frauds", while you are carrying fakes. What does that make you? No offense intended - I just find it odd.

I guess friend this makes me a real person, willing to admit when I carry a faux Chanel handbag, like today. I admit such I am a real person, and that I love Chanel bags, but I don't choose to spend our families money on plunking down $2,000 for my purse. Ta da. So????? I am not accusing anyone of anything, just only throwing out a suggestion here? That perhaps many might fall under, and for all they say, they know they're buying a faux just like me. I'd like them to fess up here, like I have. For there's pretty awesome fakes out there,and then some, mind you, beautiful leather, gorgeous colors, etc. I have found seriously, there's not many "real" handbag owners on here, and that I presume they're only wishing they had a "real" handbag, and that yes, too, they have faux. It's just my gut feeling. Perhaps I'm very wrong, and so I may be. I feel, all on here are just like me, housewives, etc. who have a handbag obsession like me, and love to talk about it.

I'm just stopping in for a sec. . . have not read everything yet, but HAD to respond.

Are you seriously insinuating this Forum is full of liars?
Because by saying you presume they're only wishing they had a "real" handbag, and that yes, too, they have faux, your're implying that we lie about our possessions.
Have you even bothered to look at the Member's Showcase threads or photos of their handbgas? Obviously because you choose to spend your money on illegal counterfeits you may not be able to recognize and authentic bag, but most of us can. I can assure the majority of people here DO carry authentic, people who support the counterfeit trade often don't stay long as we don't agre w/ that.
This website is FULL of handbag lovers, no matter the designer, but this Forum DOES NOT support counterfeit/faux. . . whatever you want to call them. Just because WE do not support this does not mean we are not "real" handbag lovers. . . it doesn't even make sense.:confused1:

It'd be like you going to s Mercedes Forum and telling them that you drive a Hyundai but put a Mercedes emblem on the front and that you assume none of them can afford the Mercedes either but they all fake it like you do.
What kind os assinine thinking is that!?

I am a married housewife w/ 3 children and I PROUDLY carry whichever brand bag I want and that ONLY includes 100% authentic handbags, NOT counterfeit. Because YOU choose not to spend money on the real thing does not mean we feel the same way.

both bags are real. the LV was bought on elux and the chanel was bought from neimans and i love both of them! my chanel is a black leather and it's so cute, a little smaller that i thought but worth every penny! :smile1:
