I bought sourdough on the weekend so I like to have bruchetta early the week with fresh tomatoes and basil from our herb garden :drool:

Slice sourdough, toast slices in sandwich press
Dice tomatoes
Heat macadamia oil in a pan, place toasted sourdough in the pan for about 15 seconds each side, then remove onto paper towel
Place sourdough on plates, load up with diced fresh tomatoes, scatter with fresh basil, season with salt and pepper to taste - nom nom!! :tup:
