A friend of mine bought that one, and the ones they had in stock were really dark red, almost oxblood, while the display one was much more vibrant. She ended up buying the display, then driving downtown and exchanging it for a new one at a different store that was the vibrant color. Seems like you don't know what you'll get if you order direct, since some are so dark the hair nearly matches the handles, while others are more bright red. Super, super hot bag, though!

i'm so torn. on one hand, that bag is BEAUTIFUL:shame: .. i'm already imagining what it would look like matched up against a leather jacket in the fall:yahoo: (although i have yet to see it IRL:nuts: ). but on the other hand.. $800+tax is pretty steep for Coach. for the same amount (if not a little more) i can purchse a Gucci/LV bag. i DID buy the ocelot a few years back (from the first line) and still love it:love: , however.. i don't know.. *sigh*:shrugs:

Go see it in person. If you're not in love with it, then don't buy it! There are so many things I thought I would love from the catalog, and I didn't know how I would afford them all, but then I saw them in person and it was like :sad: :yucky: :throwup:. And I can spend my money on something else. OTOH, if you love it, you can find a way to pay for it! :supacool:

Lol, yeh there are plenty of things that I used to be in love with and then later had the same reation you did when I saw it IRL. lol.. maybe I'll go visit the Coach store on the way to LV :graucho:next week :angel: ...
