no offense to OP but that inside leg measurement on a 4'11 person sounds just about impossible to me too....I'm 5'4" and my jeans if worn on the short side are 25 inches....admittedly I do have short legs but still...I'm five inches taller and her jeans are almost ten inches longer?Gosh it must be so difficult to shop for basics! Bespoke may be the only way for you to go!

I must be wrong, because I also got 2 feet initially then re-did it and got 1.2 feet. I think my 2nd calculation was wrong and you are right.

Petite sizing is difficult on a good day and I would've thought boys' would be fine for those measurements, but evidently not! What a challenge when you're not only petite but have long limbs! It must be a headache!

I’m now suffering from fibromyalgia (even normal leggings are normally too big in the body and leg for me)- I wear Skins recovery leggings, which come up Very small , and help circulation(they have lines on them)- meant for recovering athletes, but they stop my pain more than Any painkiller..
Buying clothes is a nightmare although I love clothes shopping paradoxically !xxx
I'm 5'4 and my inseam is 30-32" depending on style, so I have the privilege of being perfectly standard and thankfully don't have this struggle. However, petite sizing is totally different than ours. Proportions are drastically different and that's why we need more options for people who are petite.
Also, please don't follow my calculation. I mathed the math wrong because I'm dumb!

I’ve tried boys jeans age 10, same problem, Armani kids, you name it, I’ve tried it..literally apart from bespoke 3sixteen+ are the best fit..I had mine copied in London several times…

I’m not really petites despite my height lol as my limbs are so long, I don’t wear petites as the sleeves etc are too short…
I just buy either bespoke or designer clothes in very small sizes..high street has never worked for me.
Valentino used to make a line called Oliver after his pug dog which came up very small, which was probably the best fitting rtw I’ve ever had..

OK, getting back on track!! My new 'IT' jeans as of today are B-Sides! I just got my first pair called the Lasso and they fit and flatter me so well! I'm also interested in their Elissa jeans as I'm a wide leg jeans girl. I can't believe how long it took me to try them out. How I discovered them was I ordered a pair from The Real Real, unfortunately in a size smaller than my normal size because I went by their measurements, which are not always accurate! I sent them back because I could barely button them....HOWEVER, I knew that instant that I would love them if they were only my size!! I am so so thrilled and know I will wear them in heavy rotation!!
Oh I’m SO happy that you’ve found jeans that fit..I do know that feeling when you find great jeans…you want you buy about 3 pairs(I know I do lol)…I’m not really a skinny jeans girl either, I like 100% cotton Selvedge jeans, which last far longer than stretch jeans, plus I have no curves to hug anyway..
