Weight of Giant Hardware v Regular Hardware

I have both the GH and RH Bbags but I find myself always bring my RH out more often and its much more easier to carry on for the whole day... But I still love both bags..! They are indispensable.!

it seems like it's too big for me. I'm 5''2 .. the bag is much more heavier than the RH bbag.. Honestly do u all think that is it a keeper? Opinion please.. TIA

I just bought a City with miniGSH (12) and I am in shock.
I can't believe how lightweight this bag is compared to my other Bals. (all are GH (21))
Anyone else experience this?
I think it has something to do with the thinner 2012 leather also, but wow, what a huge difference. I am loving it.

I used to be a fan of GH 21 bags but the heaviness of it makes me love RH way more.
