Personally, I'd go for the Novo. That said, I can see why it might be a little too traditional for you. The Metro definitely looks more contemporary and less wedding ring-esque. But I like the Novo because it has more of a presence. It seems like the Metro meets your initial idea of what you wanted more than the Novo so don't doubt your instincts :yes:

Thanks everyone! I have shown almost everyone I could both of the rings today and EVERY person said the Novo looks better. My brother said the metro looked like a "wire" wrapped around my finger and DF said it looked like a keychain.

As much as I love the Metro now I'm leaning to the Novo, because I do see where everyone else is coming from.

Now I'm torn on size. I think the 5 is going to be really tight on my finger when I am puffy and fit great when I'm not, and the 5.5 is big when I'm normal and fits great when I'm puffy.

This ring thing is tricky business!

Novo definitely has more presence.

I would stick with 5.5 if it was me because I prefer a loose fit. I'm a 4.5 but wear a 5 just for weight gain and swelling and comfort overall. I take my rings off often though. If I didn't I might have gotten a smaller size.

Do you like the half novo? Or you like the full?

I can't stand my rings to be loose. The feeling of them sliding around on my fingers drives me bonkers. I would go with a 5, if I were you.

I size to puffy, personally.

I say this Novo is fabulous, and this size sounds about right. Give it a couple more days, you can always go up or down. Personally this sounds like the right size. I have to windex my finger to get my rings on and off sometimes but others it is perfect or even loose.

I like the metro but I think it doesn't look wide enough or "there" enough and honesty, full eternity is not going to "make it" the long haul if you're worried about knocking out stones even on the full Novo.

I just ordered the Novo in 5 and will be sending back the other two that were 5.5. Thanks for all the help everyone!! Hopefully it will be here in time but if not at least I will have a ring that fits.

Oh man, I'd hang onto the 5.5 til you are sure! At least that way you have one in the event the 5 is too small or doesn't get here in time.

I hope it gets here in time!

I don't think I could stand to wear the 5.5 even if the 5 doesn't work out... every time I put it on it moved when I moved my hand. I also couldn't close my fingers properly because it sticks out so far. It is definitely the right size for my knuckle, but I decided I'd rather fit my finger and use windex to take it off every night than have it loose all day. I also wash my hands A TON and I was afraid of it falling of when my hands were wet.

I like my bras and shoes and every thing else really tight, so I should have known I'd prefer a ring tight too.
