I only read the first page, and the last 2, but I just want to say that the same thing happened to me. Fortunately I only lost $1300 on a Balenciaga, but still, that is a lot of money! The nasty buyer was in Japan, so I just felt like I couldn't do anything. At least in the states I could have had a little more control, or at least that's what I think.

This is horrible. This happened to me with a Chanel bag. I even went to the point of hiring a photographer to sit outside her apartment block for a few days to see if she was using it. Yep she was, so I sent the photos to Paypal & they could care less.

I will NEVER use Paypal for anything again.

So next time you see a seller with "I don't accept Paypal" don't think first it's a fake item but this seller has been bitten before.

Were you scammed by K.P. in Stamford, CT too? :hrmm:

I wish there were some affordable way to stop that woman. She's bad news.

I agree with you about PayPal. 100%

As a seller of course I want a wire transfer, bank transfer...

When I get asked to go off Ebay and do a WT...I get nervous - and I do get asked quite a bit by sellers wanting to go around the feeBay thing etc...what's your email? I'll send you pics? Then...if we go thru Paypal...
Some many honest I am sure BUT...
As a buyer - I have been scammed TWICE: once via wire transfer and another by Western Union/MO ... :-( never again. Both scammers had over 98% feedback (I won't buy otherwise) and both had plenty of high end items that had glowing reviews.
I just got the wrong day on those two I guess.

Fool me once....

I am so sorry for your loss...
PayPal and eBay are becoming less and less welcoming places as of late....
It's the scammers that ruin it for everyone...
As for the " destroy the bag" part as mandated by PayPal, there is a famous thread somewhere around here on how PayPal was telling eBay buyers who have received fake bags to send them in to PayPal hq to be "destroyed", and later reports of the same exact bags showing up again on eBay!!!..:sick::sick::sick:

Again i offer my condolences...hope something will happen in your favor...

I want to cry reading your post OP my heart goes out for you!
Some people are just sickkkkk, I do hope she enjoys it in hell also!
Something better will come your way and karma will bite her in the a** :hugs:
