I believe you are correct. But I see it this way: you must either have the proceeds from the sale or the bag. Assuming you purchased with a cc that covers the bag. Then you sell it, but the buyer "changed mind" or claimed "fake", etc... Fine, you accept the bag back - and conditional upon its return, you refund. But you never got your bag back yet PP refunded anyway, so technically, the bag should still belong to you since you don't have the proceeds from the sale. So if paypal claims bag is destroyed - if you can get a notarized affidavit from paypal that they damage the bag or had the bag damaged under their order - then you should still be covered since bag was "damaged"?
