Vintage vs New

Hey everyone. Can you give me your opinion on these 2 bags please? Vintage or new and why?

Maybe new? 1941 hangtag. New-ish type price tag. Do you have a creed photo or a style number?

The 2nd one is definitely newer & from the 1941 line; maybe men's line? Can't speak to authentication.

which do you prefer, vintage or new?

Vintage! The stitching on the newer one is just a bit too modern for my liking, especially for a leather messenger bag like this!

I like the look of the vintage but I prefer new. The reason I prefer new is because I like to watch a bag get marks from use. I like to watch it get worn. I usually do not like my bags with a story. I like to create the story.

I like them both. When I saw the new one on the website, I thought nicely done Coach. I do like top stitching though. But there is always the chance to find something like the vintage one poorly listed for $150 obo plus shipping
