Most of the straps on amazon are $15-20, same as the price of many bags I see. Haha. And hey, if it comes with a new bag, all the better!
Maybe this is the kind of info you are looking for, maybe not but it is the kind of info that helps me make decisions and is impossible to find.
My Patricia's Legacy strap (1996 creed, #9951) measurements are:
49.5 inches long
1-3/8 inches wide
with four .25 inch interior diameter holes that begin about 3.25 inches from each end
and are 1.5 inches apart.
The buckles are 1-3/8 inches interior both wide and tall with a 3/8 inch prong.
My Saddle bag strap (1996 creed, #9988) is:
41.25 inches long
1-3/8 inches wide
with four .25 inch interior diameter holes that begin about 1.75 inches from each end
and are 1.5 inches apart.
The buckles are also 1-3/8 inch interior both wide and tall with a 3/8 inch prong.
My NYC creed Courier did not come with a strap but the buckle is yet again 1-3/8 inch wide and tall with a 3/8 inch prong.
So long story short, the longer Patricia's strap can be used in all three, which is exactly why I bought it.

And I measured it at least 3x because I was like, wait a minute... really??
Lolzzzz. I think it is longer because of where it attaches on the bag. With the duffles, the buckles are typically a couple inches above the zipper. With Lula’s legacy, they’re a few inches below the top of the bag, below the drawstring. It doesn’t seem that long, really!I was gonna say! It will be on my knees.

also, may not be an exact science considering ppl could’ve switched out straps, like I’m planning to do. Also good to know that 9950 is 1”! 9951 is 1.375. They look so similar to me, I just thought they’d both have the same width strap.
