Jade was an early 93 color, and in certain styles in 95 it seems. 9755 did come in jade, in 95 though.

A question for you: does one of them have the edging that’s not colored all the way through? Try to lift the leather a bit, does it have a white back, not purple? If yes, I’d guess it’s the more faded one.

I am thinking about getting an inexpensive dark brown crossbody bag, with a strap will fit a crescent bag, could you give me a list of what style of bags I should be looking for? I know Rambler's Legacy won't fit, the eyelets are too small.
My city is a 94 and suppossed to Bottle green....its very dark on the flap but lighter inside in places.Does anyone know what color green this is? 1994 bag I believe J4B-9755. Is it bottle? I tried to find pics of the hangtag colors from the time period.

The older bags like the Crescent may have used bigger buckles than the 1990s Legacy bags. If the eyelets are too small on the Rambler’s Legacy strap, I don’t know if any of the other Legacy styles would work either. Maybe someone else knows...
lol this is why I don’t like looking at sold listings. Yet I still peek! Haha. I actually saw that bag too but didn’t even click on it because it looked black. Afterwards I saw it sold and that’s when I saw it was purple!!!! Congrats for nabbing it @valv54

A lot of those older bags definitely used bigger buckles! I don't have a Crescent, but I believe my Berkeley Saddle is the same size. Out of all my bags, the only one that has a strap with the same size eyelets is my Stewardess (made in 2002). The Janice's Legacy and the Legacy Small Flap strap eyelets are the same size as the Rambler's and the Legacy Pocket Hobo is even smaller, I believe.
Hello everyone, can any tell me what is the smallest vintage unlined leather bag with a turnlock? I have a scooter 9893, but am wondering if there is one similar that is maybe squarish a bag? My daughter likes my bags (regina, devon) and is interested in one for herself, but since she is a child, I want something very small. She specifically likes the turnlock feature. Any advice (and photos!) would be appreciated. Thank you!

The mini pouch is small as is the shoulder purse in front of it. If you get a bag with the tubing strap, you can tie it to make it shorter. The compact pouch and the compartment bag are a little bit bigger. Another smaller bag that might be easier to find is the mini belt bag 9826.
