That fob was made for that bag, that is a very pretty combination I love the rich dark red on the court.I just kind of tucked it under the flap for now.

It really is a pretty red, and I can enjoy having the two shades. I originally only wanted to use my NYC bag for an occasional cosmetics bag when I was travelling on short trips but honestly I can get more out of it if I pair it with the scarf I mentioned earlier and use it for a holiday, so I am actually happy with how everything turned out. That fob was made for that bag, that is a very pretty combination I love the rich dark red on the court.
I agree...the different shades in the heart play off each other and blends into the bag.It goes well!
Beautiful!
Thanks! I am so excited to get a nice red! And I don't even have to dunk this one, it's kept its shape beautifully.I agree...the different shades in the heart play off each other and blends into the bag.
I was thinking a good way to describe the difference was warm red vs cool red, so like you say, a bluer red is exactly right. All the shades are pretty. My older reds are early 80's, mid 90's and an almost vintage '01. The 80's bag is much more tomato red than the others. The shade differences are hard to capture, but in person they get bluer undertones as they get newer.View attachment 4648255
Side note, the '01 on the right is my very first Coach bag I ever got...in 2001I was thinking a good way to describe the difference was warm red vs cool red, so like you say, a bluer red is exactly right. All the shades are pretty.

No size listed! Pet peeve and no photos of the back. Just saying not perfect can't cover for a big ole stain on the back. Ykwim. Lol. I tempted to make an offer.
The design reminds me of a Gracie bag. I wonder if this bag was a forerunner to that design.
I hope someone shows up that can tell us more about it.
I wish they had shown more photos, it is hard to imagine the bag as a whole when you only get the front and inside view.
Also seller rating only 88% with a couple of feedbacks indicating there were issues undisclosed. That is a listing I would DEF be asking for more pictures on.
Two years ago this would have got my heart pounding faster. Lol! I have learned to not to do that because of the issues you mention.
I just kind of tucked it under the flap for now.
