Hi, yes I had to clean them all, especially the yellow one. I just used lexol leather cleaner, leather cpr, and renapur leather balsam. They do all have their straps. Really great little bags.

Lolol! Thank you, they really are cute bags. It's way to easy to have more than one lol. The blue one was found in new condition at a charity rummage sale (my husband, however, dripped kimchee juice on it and I had to wash it). The yellow one was a pity case from poshmark that was in terrible shape. The mint one was another from posh, that was in good condition, but needed to be reshaped. Also, now I'm hungry for cinnamon rolls.

All clean, shiny (I had to restore her color just a little) and ready for some adventures.
This purchase was inspired by @valv54 as I loved the snakeskin strap with her navy Regina
[It is @valv54 appreciation day ;)]

I'm planning on taking her out, I just dont know if I want to use my leopard strap or the snake one....

In case anyone is wondering, Coach will send you a replacement hangtag for free. They do not have the older leather hangtags, they offer gold and silver. I asked for brass and they said its the same thing as gold. It took me about 10 weeks and three calls to customer service, but this is what it looks like.
It is engraved with COACH NEW YORK on one side and blank on the other. I don't really like it - too shiny and doesn't really match the brass on vintage bags. Forgive me for saying it, but it feels a little cheap.

I’ve ordered several of them over the past few years and am actually waiting for a gun metal one. I hope they don’t ever cut me off for asking for too many, lol. Thanks for sharing your photo!

i called in April and they never sent them. Contacted them and received an email they were back ordered...I think people who buy online get them but those who buy in store (and refuse give an email address when asked) don’t.

You can also go to your local store to see what kind of hangtag goodies they have. The stores keep them on defective bags and SLGs, so when you have a bag that's missing one, you can sometimes find one that matches or coordinates- for free, I wanted to add!
