Yes, there are Court bags made in the USA. Here is a ebay link that was shared recently with some creed guides. https://www.ebay.com/gds/Guide-to-Vintage-Coach-Hang-tags-and-Creeds-/10000000177697673/g.html? The bags that are on my radar tend to either have the creeds listed as they are in the 1970s - 1993 or the 1994 - 2000s (based on this guide).

I'm definitely not an expert (and these are not authenticated but I was trying to find listings to help), but I found an ebay listing for a Spectator Court (which I'm not sure if it is the same dimensions of the Court recently pictured here) and they have a catalog picture included that mentions a 1989 preview. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-CO...431833?hash=item2ce4b20099:g:n5QAAOSw7F9cWSCU . Here is a made in USA with the 1994 creed. https://www.ebay.com/itm/COACH-Vint...874894?hash=item1a7919aa8e:g:8xYAAOSwUR9cnZpd And yes, I have seen the Court made in other countries. I'm not an authenticator, but I've actually seen some of these styles or similar ones with creeds that indicate made in Mexico, Costa Rica, Turkey, Hungary, and Italy. Here is an example of one from Costa Rica https://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-Vinta...043746?hash=item1ef6b481e2:g:RycAAOSwevtciaGp

I actually like the look of the Regina, Court, and Manor bags myself. Often I see many Court's listed as vintage Coach Willis or just vintage Coach messenger or vintage Coach flap bag. Do you have a color in mind? I'm curious if the leather/feel is different depending on the year and country? For example, not sure if specific to Court, but I think I've read that some find the Costa Rica leather really nice. I would run by whatever bag you are interested in on the AT thread before you even consider bidding or anything (just to be safe you are getting an authentic bag).
Thanks so much for the info! Very helpful. I am interested in red, and my understanding from asking someone else (after posting this) is that they did have some red made in the US. So if that is true I would hold out for that, and I am also still debating on the Station bag in red instead. I am still undecided on that. I keep looking at pictures of the Court online and my gut is telling me it looks a little large for me.

Yes, I definitely would want a US version. I am not going to be buying many vintage bags, and I really want the ones I have to be US.
Costa Rican and Italian bags are just as nice as those made in the US. IMO, the best leathers are from the 90s and early 2000s. That might be partly because bags from the 80s have aged and the leather has lost some suppleness. The bag I'm currently carrying is from 1990-91 and the leather is wonderful. Some of the best leather I've ever felt were on a 2001 Legacy drawstring made in the US, and a 2002 Costa Rican stewardess.

Good to know. I just saw some from Costa Rica....

Welcome. You are off to a rip roarin’ start:lol:
Thank you! I'm trying to pace myself and remember that I don't need to buy everything I want right away, but as I'm sure most everyone here already knows, that's much easier said than done lol. My current mission is to find a pre-China black Willis with nickel hardware at a good price, but not too beat up for me to be able to rehab myself as a complete novice. In the meantime I'm trying to distract myself from all the other pretties on eBay by reading through all the old posts in this thread and the Rehab and Rescue Club threads.

Nice! There's something about the Regina shape that makes it look very feminine to me, and I love it. Do you feel like there's enough room inside for it to work as an everyday bag for essentials (wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses)?

Did you know that the Manor bag (similar to Regina) has a divided interior? I didn't know that until a few days ago so I had to buy one cuz I love that. I skipped lunch with my coworkers today so I could hide in my car and win a Manor auction. Plus the top handle looks high enough for carrying the bag on the forearm, which is a neat option. I'll let you know about the size when it arrives....

You actually just made me realize that I have a couple of Manor bags saved in my watchlist! I just looked, and I'm pretty sure that the reason I saved them in the first place was that I really liked how their shape was similar to the Regina, but the inside seemed roomier and easier to organize lol. I think I've been doing a little too much eBay browsing late at night when my memory retention isn't at its best, at least I'll blame it on that haha.

Congrats on your win--I would've missed lunch for that too! That's also an excellent point about the high top handle allowing for it to be more easily carried on the forearm, I like having that option as well. I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on it after it arrives!

I have a Regina that I just bought, and I find it a little small. It is doable but a little tight. It is really cute though!

The Manor bag is way bigger than a Regina. I sold my Regina because it was too small to be of any use to me. I love the Manor bag though.

I'm curious to learn how you like it. I didn't like it at all. It's really heavy due to that divider.
