Hmm. That's not a bad idea. Dimensions from what I can tell are similar, but the main compartment is more open? I haven't seen a Stewardess in the flesh.

It looks like the strap on the Stewardress is too short to do cross body. I'd have to change that out.

It's a big bag. I'm sure you have a longer strap you could share. Or buy another bag that you can share it with.:graucho: The Shoulder Sac is another big bag that would hold all your stuff. No flap but the strap is long. You might even find a gorgeous red one like whateve's if you're lucky.

According to my research, there is no limit on perfect red bags. The only thing I could find was a vague reference to being in danger of losing one's woman card for having no red bags at all.
Gorgeous bag. I hope you enjoy her.

Eta: Speaking of red bags, I've been carrying the red Sonoma small full flap since it arrived last Wednesday, and my husband just noticed it tonight (it's my only true red bag). lol
It means a lot to me that you are tireless and thorough in your research!

My husband rarely notices which bag I'm carrying. It comes in handy when he doesn't realize that I have more than one red bag!

I can't imagine how I could have resisted getting a red bag back in the 80s when I was buying my first Coach bag. I'm sure I was being practical, getting a color that would go with everything. I'm making up for it now.

Mine just arrived. I wish my brass ones looked like yours! The shiny silver one I got is the same style, but I do not like the brass ones I got at all (I turned one over to show that the back is blank). :shucks:

Those brass hangtags look aged. I guess they would work well with vintage bags. The silver one is much nicer.

A little help, please. Instead of me endlessly searching for this answer, I figure there are some folks here who would know the answer off the top of their heads. I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a bag similar to the Patricia but maybe half again as big? I'm using my Patricia today for the first time as my work bag, and I love it, but for an every day work bag it really needs to be a little bigger so I can put my travel mug or maybe a little lunch in it too. Make sense? It would also hold the usual wallet, make up/med pouch, Kindle, keys, phone. Maybe gloves/umbrella in the winter.

Thanks!
Something like Whitney #4115 might work well for you. Being a lightweight, it wouldn't be as heavy as Patricia.

The brass hangtags not having the word "Coach" on them is what I don't like. When I first opened the package and looked at them horizontally, I thought they were Chinese characters or something. I wonder why they switched to the symbol, and if that is a sign of things to come?

The silver one has gone to permanently live on my new (to me) sequin Poppy mini field bag that came without a hangtag (but did come with a "belt" lol). She's happy now.

Update: I just got off the phone with Coach CS. The CSR I spoke to had never heard of Coach hangtags that did not have the word Coach on them, and is personally sending me 2 new brass ones from her desk with the word Coach on them. I wonder what I should do with the symbol hangtags?

The symbol hangtags are signs of things to come. Many newer (Vevers) items don't have the word Coach, just the horse and carriage. Many of the newer hangtags are blank, with nothing on them at all. The Ranger flap I just bought didn't even come with a hangtag. I had the SA check all they had in the store and none of them had one.

Look what came today! My first Sheridan! @maramd, this is the one we were wondering about the handle on. I think a bit of glue will do the trick. It needs a bath for sure. There was a 1984 penny in the coin purse! That has some black ink marks on it that I may not mess with - don't want to ruin the red.

Wow, what a gorgeous bag! Lucky you. I have been away for a couple of weeks, a combination vacation and rehab to wean me off bidding on Coach items. I would have bid on that otherwise. Congratulations!

That has been on my watchlist for a few days. I wonder how low of an offer they'll take? I might try to find out next month if it doesn't sell. :graucho:

Ooh lala!

Oh, my! I feel like I should be sipping a martini and smoking a cigarette with a holder while I make my offer. That is one beautiful bag!

Way too small and lady-like for me! Also AU$419 with the current exchange rate. :nogood:
