I think it looks classy, but will the chain damage the leather where it rubs on the edge of the flap?

Thank you for the tip TTB! I'll definitely keep a close eye on the edges and make sure the chain doesn't cause rub damage.

Just wanted to share a pic of this lovely thing. She's pre-94. When I got her she was pale, dirty, and misshapen. A scrubby bath and several coats of conditioner later, she's ready for a busy weekend! Haha is it weird to say I am madly in love with her right now?

Not weird at all! I think you love them even more when you have shared a bath! It makes them truly yours! Enjoy your pretty bag!

Slightly worn !!:laugh: Makes you wonder what their idea of 'totally trashed' would be! I have a couple of vintage Polo Ralph Lauren bags that the seller described as 'excellent condition'. The leather is so dry it is cracked and flaking off! With ebay's help I got a full refund.

There's some lovely bags there. The orange BC kiss lock is gorgeous.
