Finally finished my United Airlines Stewardess. I have posted some pics on the Rehab Thread.

Here are some pics comparing the UA Stewardess with the regular Stewardess. UA Stew is on the right. The UA is mahogany and the regular is burgundy. Makes you wonder why they named them the same!

I have posted more pics on the Reference Thread.

How nice to see a side-by-side comparison...I've never seen a UA Stew IRL, but I like the idea of it being smaller. Still can't get over the color...both are beautiful!

These are my 2 most-recent GW Coach Leatherware finds: An early 90's black Duffle Sac Standard #9085 for $17.99 and a late 70's-early 80's black NYC Convertible Clutch #9635 for $14.99 ($19.99 - $5 off phone coupon with a Brighton wallet and a bottle of nail polish) with anchors on the lobster claw clips and BEAD CHAIN on the hangtag chain connector. Both are in very good condition...I'm in the Blackrocks phase of rehabbing the monster Duffle.

Thanks Joodlz. I didn't expect to see one IRL! Luckily it was poorly listed.
There are quite a few differences between the two. I prefer the double sided strap of the UA. It looks neater.

Great job on those, Two.time! It is nice to see the actual differences between two similar styles.

So beautiful! Nice to see them together. Can I ask what would be a good price to buy a regular Stewardess? I really like that bag and am so on the search for a NYC bag that would be great for me.

Those are beautiful! That duffel had to be a monster in the bath! Also, how or where do you find the GW coupons? I go there all the time, but have no idea where people get the coupons.

Both are lovely! Thank you so much for this comparison. I didn't realize the difference in size was so apparent. Nor that the straps were so different.

Well, it arrived today - earlier than expected. My West End Terrace bag (4117) is like new! There was one small spot on the creed and it cleaned off. I was prepared for it to be tan although I really would have loved it to be mustard yellow. I've attached some photos and they are the correct color! WOOT! Not bad for $33.04 including shipping.

Wow! I have the exact same bag! I bought it at Savers. It wasn't with their nicer bags, but with the junky ones. I don't think they recognized it. I paid about $7, but as you can see, mine was well used, and dirty when I got it. I wasn't able to find out the name , so I'm really glad you know what it's called. I rehabbed it and then never used it. Mine's color is a cross between mustard and wheat.

That's awesome, Aggie! What a lucky find for $7.00! Mine is a softer mustard yellow but I know what you mean about the color. There is a slight tannish hint to it. It's not overly bright like some I've seen. I bought it because I love the style of the bag and I wasn't worried about it being authentic. I remembered seeing it in some of my catalogs but couldn't find it so the kind folks on the AT thread told me what it is.

Love the duffle! I'll bet it took every towel in your rehab kit to stuff it!

Here is today's find on eBay. I have most of the 90s Madison collection and today I found a great Carlyle 4401 and got at base bid of $40.00. I am in love with this one. I've only seen one or two others with different colored sides like mine and they were really pricey. It should clean up nicely.
