Let’s hope so. One would think that lots of auctions not being paid for would bear a good look see at what’s going on.I’m waiting to see if the tabac Rambler listing comes back. Again.
I wonder if GW is going to rethink their policy.
Oh goodness! No apology necessary! I think it’s funny that a mere one letter can change one’s name to something comical. Although, I did have the song Hokey Pokey stuck in my head all day long.OHHH my, I' so sorry @Hoku44 ....I should stick to not writing anything before my 4th cuppa.
Yes! I wanted that Rambler!I’m waiting to see if the tabac Rambler listing comes back. Again.

Hokey dokey!
That was my second choice“You put your left foot in, you put your left foot out…”
Hi. I'm in Toronto and I love Shippsy. The shipping address for my neck of the woods is just outside of Buffalo. They do all of the customs stuff then ship to either London or Mississauga (depends on what you ask them to do). I don't drive so I have them forward it to me by Canada Post. The last time I used it was in the summer. It's just over $6 CAD for their service.Canadian friends... I have found a bag on eBay that I would like to purchase, but unfortunately the seller will not ship to Canada. Have any of you used a forwarding service, and if so, would you recommend using this option? I am looking at BorderLinx, but would be open to other suggestions!
Same!!...I just didn't want to start singing .Oh goodness! No apology necessary! I think it’s funny that a mere one letter can change one’s name to something comical. Although, I did have the song Hokey Pokey stuck in my head all day long.

That is great information, thanks so much! I am in Alberta and found a company in Montana (Montana Mailbox) that will accept packages, and then DYK brings it across the border and delivers it to the city where I live. It will be interesting to see how much the final cost ends up being. All I know is that the exchange rate is horrendous right now!!! Lol!!! I'll keep Shippsy in my back pocket in case Montana Mailbox and DYK end up being a disaster!Hi. I'm in Toronto and I love Shippsy. I haven't paid more than $18 (often much less) for postage. If you are able to go to their office to pick it up, you'll have it about a week sooner.
Hope that helps.
She’s busy going to live performances!Anyone heard from @katev? I miss seeing her projects and input on the forums.
Last night we went to see an excellent production of Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express at the Drury Lane Theatre in Oak Brook, IL, just west of Chicago:

We haven't been to a play since pre-pandemic and it was great to go out again and enjoy a performance and we had so much fun! The characters were dressed in terrific vintage costumes but I quickly spotted the green Coach Madison bag being worn by the actress playing Mary Debenham. She was the tormented young governess to the murdered child. Her purse was a little modern for her costume because the play is set in 1934 but it exactly matched her green suit and looked perfect with her ensemble.
The bag looked like a Gracie but a little bigger, but smaller than a Copley. There was no hangtag and she was carrying it top handle without a long strap, but I was thinking that it might be a Biltmore 4417, see the catalog picture below next to a Gracie. I don't have a Biltmore but I thought that it looked a similar size to my Grammercy Top Handle Satchel 7002 - but it was definitely a Madison turnlock bag.
Unfortunately the production ends on October 23 but if anyone in the area gets a chance to see it (@Hyacinth?) please let me know if you agree with my identification - besides having a great evening out!

Sorry, I've been busy with some health concerns, both myself and my family - but we did manage to get away for a vacation recently. We were all packed and ready to go to the Caribbean and then Hurricane Ian hit so we switched at the last minute and went to San Diego and we had a lovely time. I have popped in to Coach Forum several times but I haven't been active but I hope to remedy that soon!
