I saw that Pony. Unreal! I have a nearly pristine Mocha/Mahogany Pony that I want to sell but ebay changed their selling practices and I don't want to give them my account number so I'm not selling at all. I've been trading bags, which has turned out to be a great way to recycle bags, but I'm not buying or selling at all. Except my tribeca tote. That was kind of an impulse but I'm really glad I bought it.

So, how many bags do I need to trade ya for the pony?! :roflmfao: JK!!!

One triple kiss lock for one Pony?

Hmmmm *rummaging through bags, sees three kisslock Shoulder Purses* hmmmmm.

Sees what?!? What do you have? I have a single kiss lock tote but no shoulder purses.
I have three bags with a single kisslock inside, as opposed to one back with a triple kisslock outside ...
I have a navy-blavy, mocha and a probably a putty that has aged to give a BT vibe, Shoulder Purse #9385. I have a photo somewhere. I think.

Here is the little mocha ...

I can't believe Coach has not fixed the typo on their site yet. Should I email them a photo from a catalog and let them know it's
Regina??
I hate to reply to an older post, but I have to add that I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that sees those kinds of mistakes on the Coach website! I've noticed in several of the vintage re-loved items, they state the wrong date of when the bag was first introduced!
I forget which style it was now, in fact I recall two different styles, where they said on the website the bag was first introduced in 1995, while the catalog clearly showed the bag was new in the late 1980s and had been in several catalogs well before 1995! I did contact them but nothing was changed? It made me wonder if perhaps they're just going by the date code on the bag they refurbished, rather then when it was actually first introduced?
I've seen at least two errors like that which can cause resellers serious problems when your bag is dated 1994 and Coach themselves wrongly states it didn't even come out until 1995?? Who is your buyer going to believe? You or Coach?
They need to start getting that right! You'd think they'd have the vintage catalogs at their disposal? I don't understand why they get it so wrong.

Because they don't care.

Well I have certainly spent enough time roasting them on the complete lack of QA on that roll out in several instances. At one point the photos were just so bad, I mean I could have attempted better! And the rumpled straps! I don’t think they really understand how passionate and well acquainted with vintage many people are …
I wonder if they got really cheap on several of the phases and had interns or other staff do those photos and staging.
Because they don't care.
Yes. They thought they could rewrite their history because it suited their marketing and no one would be the wiser. I definitely think the phases where the Convertible Clutches and Pocket Bags got lumped in with the Dinky’s was part marketing and part laziness.
Like we couldn’t see those charming corners on the CC  Oh Coach you crazy nut!

When rehabbing a convertible clutch I never thought of the corners as charming!

I also just bought a big, gorgeous hunk of vintage BT (insert your shocked face) and will post it soon

You bought BT? No way. Prove it.

:shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked::shocked: No way! It's like I bought another red vintage bag! Really?! :roflmfao: Can't wait to see it! Looking fwd to seeing more of your posts!!
It’s here! Here’s a quick pic.
Yes way :girlsigh: BT, it’s who I am. I can’t fight it! :roflmfao: Not with white stitching! The front is faded but it should condition up nicely. It has one of those big fat straps! It is really in very good condition. Well, for distressed lovin’ me, right??
