That is a stunning bag!Normally,I’m not a huge collector of the really old BC bags but I love the safari bags. This is my third one and the largest. I love the orange rust color!
I hope so too. Sometimes you get busy with life, sometimes the interest in rehabbing, vintage wanes ...I miss @Catbird9 ...hoping she is OK.
Regarding anchors on the brass hardware, I have a couple bags with that on the strap clips. They are both "basic bags" from NYC. Not sure if they appear elsewhere.

Whateve said in a previous post: "During a certain period of time, Coach used hardware made by a company whose logo was an anchor. My basic bag from the same time period as yours has anchors stamped into the brass. They are tiny and hard to see if the brass is tarnished. It really makes no difference if they are there or not; it is just something those of us in the vintage club get excited about."
That's really cool, I would love to find one someday!
Just came across this post! I have this Quincy bag in this bottle green color, it’s such a pretty little bag. I LOVE it! It’s a great size and shape, the strap length is perfect for crossbody or one shoulder or handle depending on how you tie it, the funky little inside pocket is in a oddly good spot, and it holds a LOT for a “small” bag. It’s my casual, “everyday” bag. This cutie came in today! My first bottle green bag. No hangtag, but for $20 I can’t really complain. There is no way I’d pay the $450 Coach is asking for the red reloved one.

Those prices!!! Eyewatering. Thankfully not available here in the UK…Most of the reloved bags are back in stock...?

There's a very nice person named Matt on Facebook that has an amazing collection of Coach Small Leather Goods (SLGs) and Men's Accessories - including some fabulous water buffalo items - and he has recently been posting photos of his Coach items.
He has now generously shared links to the catalogs that he used to help him find and identify his Coach possession and he is encouraging people to share this information with other Coach enthusiasts, see below. Some of the scans are almost illegible but there's still a lot of information in these files that some may be useful.
He also posted the images attached. I wasn't sure what to call them so I just copied them and called them Matt 1,2,3,4!

"Since I have reached the end of my SLG collection, I want to share the catalogs that helped me find them.
I first discovered these catalogs in late October of 2021 when I was looking for the No. 66 Water Buffalo trademark.
These catalogs were used in a trial by Coach regarding the use of the "Coach" name against Triumph Learning LLC.
To access them, go to https://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?qt=adv&procstatus=All&pno=91170112&propno=&qs=&propnameop=&propname=&pop=&pn=&pop2=&pn2=&cop=&cn= and scroll down until you reach "PL'S NOTICE OF RELIANCE PART 4" and "PL'S NOTICE OF RELIANCE PART 5". These PDFs are 300 pages each and may take a while to load or not load at all. They work best on a computer.
Executive Gifts Catalogs from 1963 to 1971- https://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91170112&pty=OPP...
Executive Gifts Catalogs from 1971 to 1973 and bag catalogs from Fall 1974 and later (Need to scroll all the way down for the old ones)- https://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91170112&pty=OPP...
Some scans can hardly be read, but it's the best resource available for these obscure products.
Since I don't believe in withholding information that benefits everyone, I highly encourage sharing these catalogs with other vintage Coach communities.
If this isn't allowed, I can delete the post.
Have fun learning,
Matt."

I LOVE what are apparently early 1970s Great Seal items!
I also just found one of these, in navy and am also waiting to authenticate, but now I’M on vacation! “Bonnie Cashin Wide mouth kiss lock” got me lots of hits. Try that.I just received this bag. It's in amazing condition. It's a kisslock to open into the body of the purse. I've asked for authentication on the "authenticate this Coach thread." No answer yet. In the meantime, what do you all think of this bag? Any info appreciated, like date range of production, style name, etc. The Coach metal label is so teenie tiny, is that the way it's supposed to be? PS: I love this bag!!

OMG, I've found an image of my beloved vintage Coach Bonnie Cashin bag! I have always heard it called the "Small Shopper" but I'm not sure that's the correct name so I will keep searching, but I am so excited to find it here! Apparently it is style number "501"!
