What a lovely problem to have!
9 years and 450+ bags ago it all started innocently enough....all I wanted was a set of bags to carry to work (one purse or handbag paired with a coordinating tote/carryall type bag) in tan, navy, black, and brown colors. That is 8 bags total!

I’ve only been buying vintage for 18 months but I have to say they are far less expensive. Now that I have most of the ones I want I’ve been buying for family members who are loving my vintage Coach! If you share, no one will stage an intervention. Lol!

Wish this would work with the DF.

I’ll try and get a photo soon. Been too cold lately but it is going to warm up next week. I think I have red, BT, black, dark navy, green, and the taupe. I have so many bags I lose track!
Haha no rush!! I want to say you can never have too many bags, but as soon as you start thinking you need another room for bags (or a bigger house!), you do have too many bags LOL

I've seen quite a few of those hoarders shows. It is only when you have to rent a storage space or overflow into relatives' houses that it is a problem. That and if you have to climb in and out windows to get to another room!

I got a knock at my door today & when I opened it, I was greeted by a postal worker who was going door to door handing out new mail keys. She informed me that my neighbourhood’s community mailboxes were broken into this week. The perps stole everything. I was expecting quite a few important documents to come so I was pretty shocked by the news. Ugh, I feel so helpless & my stomach is in knots at the thought of some ill-intentioned strangers going through everyone’s private mail... :(

For that strap width in the picture, it does look good. But for the skinny Regina strap that is also not flat, I wonder if it would work...

I don’t think shoulder pad will look good on Regina strap if not carrying it, but in use it is the least part anyone will notice

That is so scary! We live in an older neighborhood so still have an unlocked mailbox at the street. I'm always afraid someone will steal something out of it, but at least we live in an isolated neighborhood without a lot of traffic. These days I usually hear when the mail truck drives by and go out quickly to retrieve the mail. When I was a kid, we had a slot through the door. That was the most secure.

I think it would be more difficult to push a strap through a shoulder pad if it had clips. The adjustable kind of strap would be easier as you could unbuckle it to put it through the shoulder pad. Or you could design a wrap kind of shoulder pad.
