Vert Vertigo vs Malachite, pictures/advice please

Do you plan to buy from the store or from a reseller? If from the store, I would just request both shades and view in person whichever comes in first to see if it’s acceptable. If from a reseller, I would research what is even available in your desired specs and then compare those specific bag colorations against each other for your favorite. Even the same color in the same leather can vary in hue based on dye batch. With H, the bags sometimes pick us, rather than the other way around.

Here’s my Malachite GP, with a Folklore twilly in blanc/menthol/gris. I tried to put it near a recognizable green— a piece of chard and a Pothos leaf. I wish I had something Starbucks green.
Also shown with a teal sweater— it appears blue, but it’s really teal.

They are both beautiful colors. Malachite is a jewel tone and VV is brighter, clearer green, but still has blue in it. I agree that last bag looks like Bambou to me. Let me see if I can find photos of my Vert Vrtigo Evelyne TPM (I sold it, but only because I had way too many TPMs - it's a very pretty color).
If I were choosing I'd choose Malachite, but it also depends on the leather. HTH.

Thank you! Yah I think ultimately I'll have to go by the piece I find in whatever leather. Every picture i've seen of Vert Vertigo in swift looks like what I'm looking for. Just not sure how I feel about swift, would like it to be a care free leather

Thank you! Yes, the Evelyne is VV.

GORGEOUS.

Both beautiful! But from your pictures I think I prefer Malachite. The picture above of VV in Novilo leather also looks stunning. I think the leather is whats throwing me off, I guess in theory I love both colors just depending on the leather. Thank you for sharing your pictures !

Beautiful, thank you so much for sharing and putting it next to green, I really appreciate it. Decisions decisions, I think from all the pictures people have been sharing itll depend on the leather for me

Thank you for your reply! Most likely from a reseller. I have actually never bought in store...other things but not a bag, so I know it'll be a stretch. Youre right the bag chooses us at times hehe. I just figure if I can figure out my ideal then I can be on the lookout if one comes available.

Here is a snap of the malachite (B35 in togo) and vert vertigo (Evelyne in clemence and Jige in evercolor) from my family photo. This picture is fairly accurate in terms of color I would say.

I'm glad to hear it. I must admit that VV is a very versatile colour, it goes almost with everything (I wear it throughout every season).

That's what I was thinking...I love Malachite as well, but it seems to me more of a fall/winter kind of color...of course there are no rules hehe but VV seems to be great for year round as you said
