I'm not a big fan of the purses as the patterns and quilting are too busy for my wardrobe. But I do love the accessories. I have a VB pen/pencil set and iPhone case, plus I have this umbrella that I love. I can't remember the print name...something like Blue Jazz maybe?

I'm just now getting on the VB love train. Just placed an order at the Orlando Outlets. If anyone is interested they are having a crazy sale right now. The small color block tote is only $12! The large is half price at $32.5. I picked up one each in Tutti Fruiti and Midnight blues.

Here's a tip, call around to the outlets if you know the pattern/bag silhouette that you like. Chances are, it is even cheaper at the outlet than what's listed online. Orlando tends to get a lot of inventory because they are located in a tourist haven (their store hours reflect this as their regular business hours are till 11pm daily!), so they are a good outlet to check first.

I was on the phone with one of their SA's for close to an hour going back and forth on what's available and what's on sale. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and I am no stranger to phone ordering.

Also, I am getting to know VB pretty well thanks to the youtube videos out there. This one is my clear favorite:

My first Vera Bradley piece was an outlet purchase. The All-In-One Wristlet.
I've been eyeing up lots of different Vera Bradley purses for the last few years but couldn't really decide. In August I got an email and decided to look. I found the Villager which I had been looking for a large tote, so it was perfect. The only color at that time was "Loves me...". I loved it AND it was on sale and I had a 40% off any one item code in the email so i jumped on it.

I had been lurking on VeraBradley.com again lately and decided it was time for more. I scored again... sale colors, free shipping on orders over 75, 20.00 off any order over 75 and on new years eve they did an 11 hour sale with an additional 25% off discount on sale colors.
So i ordered...

1 zip ID case in Canyon
1 Cosmetic Trio in Paisley Meets Plaid
1
Small Cosmetic in Paisley Meets Plaid
2
Medium Cosmetics in Plum Petals
1 Large Cosmetic in Dogwood
2 Medium Packing Cubes in Jazzy Blooms

My order should be here on Tuesday Jan 7. I'll post pics then!

Yay they're here. Check it out! I love everything. I've already moved several items into my purse. So glad I jumped on these. I also wrote a blog post about my haul.

I also ended up getting a little backpack in the canyon print, too. I LOVE my little backpack! I use it to carry extra things when we travel.

I don't like my tote as much, but that is because it's more of a north/south tote and I prefer an east/west tote. It's pretty ( canyon) but awkward for me to use, maybe because I am short?

Anyway, I am thinking about getting a Little Hipster...maybe one in the canyon print ( I love that canyon print! It's browns, creams and has daisies!) and maybe one in a kind of subdued blue/lavender/plum print or something more spring/summer.

The Mandy looks like it might work for me.

Rhayne, pretty patterns! :)

I really love VB in the summer. I use my hipster all the time. I also like their accessories and their duffles. For Christmas I got my daughters (7 &11) the small duffles bags they are perfect size for sleepovers. And I got a small tote in the new Canterbury Magenta print...love it..it is gray, black and a berry color.

FYI the outlets are having 60% your entire purchase until Tues. Ditty bags are only $10, contact cases for only $7 something, campus tote $27, bubble umbrellas $16, weekender with trolley sleeve $40 something. These are the only ones I know off the top of my head since that's what I stocked up on. Should be a crazy weekend at the outlets!

The best things about Canyon print is that beautiful inside lining, that blue is so unexpected!
Little hipster is a great bag and so is Mandy. That is my fave.

For summer check out Julep Tulip pattern, I have fallen hard for that one.

Very pretty.

I ahve heard so much about cosmetic trios, sadly dont have one yet. Must be supper cool to have all 3 complementary pouches in one bag.
