Big VB lover here.
Sold a bunch of items I was tired of and just got the college backpack and Caroline in Cocoa Moss. The print just called my name all the way across the mall.
Love her small goods, perfect for organizing. I like to get them all I'm different prints so they are easier to find it bag.

Does anyone know when they send out the birthday coupons? I know its sometime during the month of your birthday, just wondering if people tend to receive them at the beginning of the month, toward the end, or somewhere in between.

Her march 7 entry shows previews of the summer 2014 colors from the Vera Bradley catalog. To be released March 20. There are 2 sections of pics, you have to scroll down a bit. The only color I really like is Fanfare, but I don't think I could do a white fabric bag. It would start looking dirty and nasty so fast! Petal Paisly-not my thing/Ribbons is better, Flutterby-ok, but juvenile looking, and Flower Shower-meh, also not for me, plus looks more like fall colors to me.

I just received a coupon for my half birthday (my birthday is 9/25, so sometime between now and this past Saturday, I got one for my half birthday. I deleted it because it was for 40% off a full price item, and I can't really be getting anything right now but I'd say it should be coming anytime now.

I just ordered two Mandys and two matching medium cosmetic cases.

I got the Boysenberry pattern for my mom and Va Va Bloom for myself. Both are on sale.

I wanted something for spring/summer that was uber-casual and fun.

Hoping the Mandy won't be too big. I am very short and so is my mom!

I just ordered a little hipster in English Rose. I love the built in wallet feature. I have an all in one crossbody which I love but I wanted something I could carry my sunglasses in too. I ended up getting a Glenna in Midnight Blues with my birthday coupon and I love it!

I'm slowly getting into vera bradley. My mom loves the bags and I'm more an accessories girl. I love the wallets. They are light and flexible and break in nicely.
I found a saddle bag in green cupcake at goodwill for $8. It looked brand new! I love that print and I'm really liking the bag.
I love the canterberry prints and the new flower power.
They are retiring a lot of prints so sign up for their emails because they are having amazing flash sales online.
Oh yea I forgot...I LOVE my miller bag. I wish I could use it more.
I want the new Mandy but I think I will like the Betsy more. The recessed zipper doesn't allow the bag to open the whole way.
I need more pink elephant stuff but I don't like the print on large bags. Too busy or something.
The Disney collection is absolutely adorable.

I will probably keep my eye open for a Little Hipster in a print I like for spring/summer. It is a cute little bag. :smile1:

I like the Mandy. The size turned out to be great for my mom and for me. The pattern I got is uber-bright, Va Va Bloom, and I kind of wish I had gotten one that is a bit more toned down, but oh, well. lol.

I do like the cosmetic bag. It's something bright and cheerful inside my purses. I stuffed a bunch of things in there that I had been moving from the large side pocket in all of my purses. It's much easier now to have it all contained in that VB medium cosmetic bag. When I switch purses I just grab my wallet, two cosmetic bags, my keys and phone and I'm done.

Most of my other handbags are neutral colors. I have one plum Coach leather bag. Carrying something so bright and busy as Va Va Bloom is new for me. If I decide it's too bright and busy I'm sure my mom would be happy to take it off my hands. She likes her Boysenberry Mandy and cosmetic bag. :smile1:

I like va va bloom!!

I buy most of my Vera's second hand. I always look for the ones in good condition. Dirty grungy vera bags look GROSS.

I want a hipster really bad and a bag in pink cupcake. Too bad they're retired. I love the new flower shower print. I love the "neutral" bags that are blues and browns.

Love Vera! They're so fun and easy to use, and you don't have to worry about them because if they get dirty they can be tossed in the washer. At this point, I'm not really sure how many I actually have. I've got several totes and cross bodies, but my favorite is the two way tote, because it's a combination of both styles. Also love the wallets, backpacks, and accessories. And the blankets, too! So soft and warm, just amazing to cuddle up under. :heart: Just walking into a Vera store makes me happy. I guess it's a good thing they're relatively inexpensive, or I'd be in major trouble! lol

Honestly, it's pretty great. You have the option of wearing it in the crook of your arm, or using the long strap to carry it on your shoulder, or across your body. As for the interior, it's really large and roomy. There are three good-sized pockets on one side, and a large zipper compartment on the other. I can take some pictures if you want. :)

Free Cosmetic Trio in the new patterns from VB starting April 10 with $100 purchase.
I didn't care for FanFare til I saw it in person and bought the pleated tote.
Just discovered VaVa Bloom for summer, too bad it is a retired pattern and hard to get deals from the website.

I LOVE the two way tote! I have it in 3 colors. I just love the versatility of it and I think the shape is so cute. Don't let the tote part fool you tho! It's really just a medium sized handbag! It's pretty narrow and if you want it to snap shut you can't stuff it very full or high. But aside from not having an outside pocket it's a perfect daily bag for me.
