Love it so much! Love that in full sun it's more lipstick red as well.
Con, it's a bit hard for me to put on by myself

Just looking at it I thought it was pretty. Once on, I can see the impact. That’s a really nice piece. What a statement! The blue is amazing.

I like the onyx and YG with your skin tone. Everyone here will tell you both stones are durable. Making these decisions can be so tough!

The onyx looks beautiful on you, a lovely pop of contrast. The carnelian is softer and seems brownish in this photo so personally I prefer the onyx

To me is another case of pop vs. subtle. Which look do you prefer/want? There's no wrong answer here. Both look great on you!

(I agree that this carnelian seems a bit more brown. Still pretty though!)

I prefer the carnelian on you. Imo the shade of carnelian by VCA is quite unique and you can't get it from other brands, whereas onyx you can get it anywhere and will look the same. Do you have a preference on the shade of carnelian? It usually lean from slightly orange, medium neutral red, to dark brownish red. The one you have on appear to be a bit on the darker brown side, I think lighter/brighter shade of red will look even nicer on you

Thank you so much! Never in a million years did I think to try carnelian till my SA suggested it and I really do like it. I definitely would prefer the carnelian to not look super brownish red like the one in my photo does.

What do you mean by wears better long term? I’m afraid that eventually I might see scratches since it’s black.
