Hi! My SA just works at the VCA. She is AMAZING. But unfortunately I don't know anyone at the Chanel counter.
I’ve been to the VCA near Bergdorfs and the way it was explained to me, is VCA is apart from Bergdorfs. So it’s just really close to it but it doesn’t belong to the store where a BG card can be used.
LOL. I was going to ask the same. Sounds like VCA is not part of Bergdorf? The only VCA I know of is NM in SF.
There is also a Van Cleef inside the Neimans at fashion island in Newport Beach. It’s a store within a store and you can get your Neiman points.

hello all. Looking to get my wife a vca piece to compliment her Alhambra motif bracelet. I am in the ny area but want to go through neiman this time. Anyone have an SA they can recommend? I’m open to shipping and not sure if I can save tax this way as there is a neiman presence here but I have shopped with bloodies in California and avoided sales tax. I greatly appreciate any help. I have only recently begun exploring the exciting world of VCA jewelry and have been mesmerized by the pieces and how all of you put your necklaces, bracelets, etc. together. Truly beautiful and classic. How nice to be able to live with such beauty on a daily basis! I, unfortunately, do not have a boutique in my state and apparently the VCA in my local NM closed a few months ago. Rather than purchasing via the online boutique, I would rather work with an SA with whom I can ask questions and receive pictures especially when selecting pieces with stones since these can vary. If anyone has an SA whose contact information they wouldn’t mind sharing that would be much appreciated! Thank you and hope everyone is staying safe!!

Hi PF2010, My SA is in New York at the VCA Flagship location. His name is Yvan, he is the very best ! He just reached out to me a couple of days ago to give me a poem he wrote and to see if I was okay... not even to sell any VCA. That meant a lot to me... He always checks in with me to tell me about his life and adventures and loves listening to me and mine. He constantly sends me chocolates and gifts for no real or specific reason and on my Birthday and certain occasions. When New York opens back up for business, please feel free to call the boutique and ask for him by name. Make sure you tell him that "J!m" sent you.

Perfect, thank you J!m! You had me at chocolate! I can’t wait to connect with him once the world becomes more normal again. I have Mother’s Day, a birthday and an anniversary over the next three months and my husband has been asking me what I would like. I think I want the Guilloche pendant and the YG Frivole earrings (may need to reach out via a separate post about size and pave vs no pave). While I like the Guilloche earrings, they may be too blingy for everyday and I like the idea of not being so matchy matchy. Thanks again for the contact info!
