I work with Cathe at the SF NM VCA and honestly she is the sweetest!!!! She texts me photos all the time, I always get my wishlist items from her, and honestly after moving to LA I haven't even bothered going to Rodeo Drive since Cathe gets me everything I want. Every once in a while I'll also get a gift (but definitely not to the extent other posters here receive from their SAs but not sure if that is the difference between Neiman Marcus vs standalone boutique)?

Yeah, it was insane how wiped out they were. I think everyone has been going to Honolulu and wiping out the stores. The same case for Chanel. Hermes and Dior still had options and there was no way in hell I was going to stand in line for LV with lines wrapped around the corner! Don't feel bad you did not miss anything!
The Neiman Marcus VCA boutique have low low terrible stock/inventory. I think it has to do with VCA pulling out from most NM stores and they are not receiving as much stock as before regardless of Covid!
I love my SA at NM VCA but they don’t have much merchandise anymore so I’m parting ways and going straight to my local boutique or hopefully through travel soon!
I’ve been looking for Mini frivole earrings for my daughter to no avail, it’s an easy item and I couldn’t get it. They have a waiting list and my SA couldn’t find one! So ridiculous for such a small regular stock item!
I’m quiet a regular with a good purchase history and to be waitlisted is a no! Good bye NM VCA.

Hi all, decided today that I will part ways with my VCA SA. She has been treating me like chop liver. Can anyone recommend a Neiman Marcus SA that is willing to communicate and send pictures by text? Appreciate it greatly
Just saw this, If you still are looking for a NM VCA SA, PM me. I have been w/mine for about 15+ years and have referred others who are super happy w/her. I'm in CA. I will NEVER go to the VCA store at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. Let's just say the SA are (expletives) . I happen to be in the mall and my earring post was loose. I brought in for repair. the SA brought the manager. The manager took a quick look and asked if it's a fake! WTF! If you are a manager, you should know how to recognize authentic items. Secondly, if she sent in the repair... she could have had the repair person verify the serial number! I'm trying to be nice here... her face looked constipated :cursing: as she questioned me about the piece. I said are you kidding me and walked out. I took the trip to my NM VCA SA and she apologized for what happened (even though it's not her fault). She described the SA at the VCA store and I confirmed. She stated that a lot of costumers complained about her rudeness. With a NM VCA SA you will get full on personalized service. When I purchased my 10 motif, she is the one that suggested in getting the 2"extender. They did it complimentary at the time. She will search all the stores for inventory and text you when items come in.

I recently met an amazingly sweet & warm SA at Fashion Island NM if anyone wants her contact!

I went to the South Coast Plaza VCA boutique right before and the SA I had an appt with was very robotic; I didn't get very good vibes from her. The SA at NM was a breath of fresh air.
@jnguyen6 Hello… do you mind sharing your SA info? Been looking for a NM SA in fashion island and I am glad I saw your posting. Thank you in advance!!!

Would you be so kind to share her info with me and where is she located? I am from CA too! Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I am planning to visit Las Vegas next week and would like to establish a relationship with a sales associate. Since there are three VCA boutiques in Las Vegas, does anyone have any recommendations for specific sales associates or boutiques?

Thank you!
Maya
