How does servicing work for pieces bought from NM as opposed to from boutique? I’ve only bought from boutique so far. I’m currently in Hawaii (Oahu) on vacation and would appreciate SA recommendations, either from NM or a stand alone boutique. I’m hoping to get the 5 motif G bracelet. If I decide to get it shortened back in California do I go to the boutique or NM? TIA
Either one. You can send NM purchases to the workshop through a boutique or boutique purchases to the workshop through NM (they are routed through a boutique in my experience). It’s probably best to go through your normal SA unless they would be offended that you purchased elsewhere.
Unfortunately they don’t have the 5 motif G bracelet I was hoping to get while on vacation to save money on taxes. Oh well, I guess I’m getting the Cartier bracelet instead.

I'm new to this forum and I'm so happy I found it with such a wonderful group of ladies! Can someone please recommend a SA at Short Hills or NYC 5th ave? I really haven't clicked with my SA even though I have purchased quite a few pieces from him over the years. I don't feel like we have a relationship at all. Do SAs still send gifts? Mine has only sent me a VCA coffee table book after a large purchase. I'm going to make a couple of purchases soon and really want to find someone nice and with whom I can build a long term relationship. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I love Sarah Saumell in the Short Hills boutique. She’s always been very responsive with me and has been able to get a lot of SLGs and shoes for me they didn’t have in the boutique.
