Hi! Can you pls let me know how your experience was with the SA recommended above? I’m going there soon as well. Thank you!
If you’re going to Short Hills, you may want to check if they require an appointment and especially if you want to work with a specific SA
Appointments are urged but not required on busier days (i.e, Weekends) but walk-in's are welcome...you just have to wait outside on a line for crowd control.
Agreed but I find it annoying to wait outside. If I know I’m going on certain day it’s worth asking the SA to set time aside. I never minded waiting inside and browsing but who knows when we will return to that way of life.
Does happen to have VCA Ala Moana Neiman Marcus SA information? Also is it true that the VCA DFS is no longer around? 
Yeah, it was insane how wiped out they were. I think everyone has been going to Honolulu and wiping out the stores. The same case for Chanel. Hermes and Dior still had options and there was no way in hell I was going to stand in line for LV with lines wrapped around the corner! Don't feel bad you did not miss anything!
You should use YELP to find the closest VCA and go from there. You could use Shirleen in Honolulu but she works at Neiman's and sometimes their inventory is limited. DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SF SA'S (located inside of Neiman's)- they are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Lol, my nearest one is in SF, definitely horrible SA even after many yrs buying I feel like I should use my money elsewhere where I am appreciated
Then, call Fashion Island or South Coast VCA and have them ship- that is what I did last time
Got my purchase overnight.Honestly though, I rather just make a trip down to SoCal and purchase down there. I refuse to deal with NorCal and the lack of service we have here. I just won't do it.
