Hello! Am a newbie into the VCA world. Can anyone please recommend an SA at the 5th Avenue location? Curious to hear about any Hudson Yards experiences if you care to share. Thank you! :heart:

Can anyone please recommend an SA that can help me find a 16 motif sweet rose gold necklace. I have 2 SAs that said I need to get on a wait list-deposit( which is fine) and the wait is 3months! It took 3months to get the 10 motif and I’d rather not do that this time around.
Help a shopaholic out!

I think that is just the reality of the current inventory levels. You should be able to call customer service and they will let you know if there are any available in any boutiques at the moment (if you want to confrim what you’re being told by your SA). If there aren’t any available, however, the only option you really have is to place an order for the piece. That timeframe is pretty much what they are quoting for all orders - it may arrive sooner, though. I have inquired about the sweet 16 motif in the past, and I think even under “normal” inventory levels, that one is harder to find.
