All of the wrongful death cases were settled when Vanessa’s was. Don’t know the details, but usually they gather up all of the available insurance money and then figure out how to apportion it. Most likely done through a mediation process.

Not sure what grounds the other families would have to go after Kobe’s estate, but I haven’t heard anything about them doing so.

I don't like that they're getting her psych records but I also think for her to get tangled up in litigation when she has more money than she can probably ever spend may be a mistake. this will prolong the drama for her and for her kids
