I agree, but sometimes the heart wants what it wants and mine really loves anything pearl! It’s such a gorgeous piece and I was offered one that I really liked (perfect stones for me) last summer and I guess I should have taken it then, but, just as you said, I thought I won’t get that much wear out of it at this moment. Now I’m thinking I should have just gotten it and worn it with everyday things and enjoy it! 😂

I completely agree…the heart wants what it wants. If you get one, please consider posting mod shots. Almost no one shows off that piece and it is really beautiful.

I never would have imagined that MOP would have gone up more significantly than some of the other stones. I love the magic 16 and have tried it on in person, but it’s a very niche piece for one’s wardrobe so I haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet and honestly that’s a lot of money for MOP to me.

Same. Initially I was worrying about the price of the pave pieces that are on my wishlist, and then when my SA gave me the new prices I was like wait that's it...? And now seeing the solid gold and MOP pieces, ooof...but I guess they'll only get more expensive anyway, so just get what the heart desire and budget wisely

I noticed MOP pieces are more expensive than onyx now I would have expected the oposite. perhaps this could be due to popularity?

Am at swiss now.

Apparently new zurich shop opens on Friday and existing shop will close.
New shop will be owned by richmont.
Current zurich vca store not owned by Richmond wasnt affected by price increase it is closing soon hence low in stock. Most stock transferred to new shop and some Geneva pieces move to new Zurich shop to support new store. They expect interesting new piece

Also Note that gold pieces increase in price in but stone pieces prices seems to falling. I tried a 20 motif chalcedony price decrease 200chf

I put the Sapphires Folie de Pres bracelet on my wishlist (well, dream list) in January 2024 when the price was $137,000. It is now $194,000. I know there has been another price increase in there but that still is a big jump. I recently tried on two HJ watches—the A Cheval with diamonds and sapphires that went from $261,000 to $285,000 and the Ruban Secret Watch with diamonds that went from $365,000 to $430,000. I still haven’t found the 47% my SA quoted and it looks like the 10% figure is the result of a few pieces (all gold, gold and malachite) making a big jump while other pieces posted more modest increases. I am now sorry that I posted her info! I may have fueled panic buying. 😥

Not to mentioned that in Dec.2021 the 5 motif GUILLOCHÉ bracelet was $5,350!

Yeah prices have gone up in both US and EU, I noticed that the price has gone up for the 16-motif I bought in April. If it were tariff related, wouldnt it only have gone up in US?
