I know that I can adjust the heights but my earlobes are also just pretty fat 😂 and I don't know how much adjusting the tension will help. I have read so many comments from others that they are not comfortable even after adjustments that I don't want to risk it. If they were still returnable after making adjustments, then that would be different.

I, for some reason also have thick lobes so the earrings always have to be adjusted for me. When you go in for the adjustments, they will let you wear mock earrings and ask you what feels comfortable...That's the setting that they're going to adjust the earrings to so you can wear them comfortably.
