I am worried about getting VCA earrings. The closure style is not comfortable and I'm not confident that adjustments will make it comfortable, which is risky given the price, so I'm basically avoiding any earrings that are not regular studs like the sweets or mini Frivole. My earlobes are different thickness, my piercings are at different heights, it just feels like too much hassle 😂.

Do what works for you, but in case it helps... My piercings are at different heights/positions since it was done years ago when I was a young girl. However, having one post in one position and the other post in the other position (there are two choices for these types of earrings) fixes the height difference it so that no one would notice. I also do not find them uncomfortable with the right adjustments made.

I know that I can adjust the heights but my earlobes are also just pretty fat 😂 and I don't know how much adjusting the tension will help. I have read so many comments from others that they are not comfortable even after adjustments that I don't want to risk it. If they were still returnable after making adjustments, then that would be different.

Yes I know what you mean. I am wary as well as I have never worn the clips. I am hoping the mirror finish/diamond in RG will be released in the mini and not just small size.
