I'm very sorry to hear that. I hope you are justly recompensated or receive another coin purse promptly. It really is sad that some low life would steal someone else's hard earned items (morality this day in age is terrible).

Please keep us updated!! I hope it all works out for you.

P.S. absolutely adorable doggie in your avatar photo!!

I will keep everyone up to date with any developments. And thank you, that’s my pomeranian Bubbles!

Same thing happened to me about 8 years ago or so, so I’m totally feeling you:sad:
At that time I was a big fan of the Michael Kors watches, so I had ordered one of those from abroad. After a loooong while waiting for my parcel, the UPS guy finally delivered my package and I opened a completely empty watch box... This was a UPS delivery from Denmark to Norway and I remember the feeling you described in this post:-s Fortunately the company I ordered from sent me a new watch as soon as I contacted them and told what happened. Keeping my fingers crossed that you’ll have a happy ending to your story as well:flowers:

Omg I’m so sorry about this! Call LV or wherever the place you bought the bag from then call UPS. Hope you get your coin card back! This happened to me for one of my Nordstrom order and delivered empty box so I called Nordstrom and they sent me a replacement no problem at all. It’s uggs..
To the stores it's a cost of doing business. I would expect LV to treat you the same as Nordies. And if they don't you can point that out. (Caveat, I did that with NM and customer service shrieked, "We're not Nordies!").

I am so sorry that this happened to you. Some one who works at the hub probably knows the package is being sent from LV and probably stole it between transport. What state did this happen at? I noticed that there are two labels on the shipment box. One with just a indistinct sender name and another one that has the LV label on them. This makes me think that if your box had two labels on it the worker would have known the item was being sent from Louis Vuitton. I wish they didn’t attach the second label to make it more discreet so this doesn’t happen in the future.

To be honest i’m shocked that LV hasn’t offered an immediate refund/replacement while THEY manage the investigation. For such a high end brand, their customer service is severely lacking. I’m thankful this was a 400$ item and not a 4000$ item!
