My picotin lock always got 'caught in' the metal square ring. So I've decided to 'play' around the handles from Hermes paperbags and made this little pompom out of it.

Instead of taking valuable space in my closet, my scarf boxes should make themselves useful, don't you think?
And maybe they shouldn't be hiding ;)

I just did a "do-it-myself" home dye job with indigo on a Tigre Royal 90 silk. The original color was pink, gold, and white. It was an old scarf with stains, pulls, and a hole, so I got it at a very low price. I purchased it specifically for this "experiment", and didn't really care if it didn't turn out well, but I think it looks pretty good.

AFTER - Those dark splotches are just shadows.
