This was your first post on the subject. Your own language is quite clear that they offered a refund without further conditions on you. This is not the same as what you just said above in post #9337, that "They didn’t offer to refund; they offer to refund IF THEIR “investigation” comes to the conclusion that the item’s description doesn’t match the item."When I finally received a proper response the “solution” was that I send the bag back to Vestiaire C, and they would refund my money AND DESTROY THE HANDBAG.
I just don't understand the situation you aim to describe, given this variation in detail. You haven't shown any willful mistake on the part of VC, because you don't know if there was one. Really, you just sound like you want a financial benefit here, without evidence of misdeed, even though partial refunds aren't what VC does, and are claiming fraud without facts to support it.
