Well TRR returned to me an Hermes zip pouch I never consigned. I had consigned a bunch of items recently, I thought it was odd that one of my items was not accepted. There was very little detail in TRR’s communication with me.
I open the box today, and realize the item is not mine. And it is a fake.
I reached out to TRR to see what to do next.
I am happy they caught the fake. But I do not want my consignment account to be associated with fakes.

TRR is an utter mess but that is especially bad. Imagine if that was a genuine item you were expecting to be shipped back and they sent it to someone else?
I recently purchased what was advertised as a Picotin 22 from them. When it arrived, it was so obviously not a 22 - it was ENORMOUS. They did eventually accept a return even though all their bags are allegedly final sale, but I just saw it relisted on the site...still as a 22.
Not to devolve into TRR-bashing, but they are a reseller and it is germane to this thread - they assigned someone else's handbag sale to my dashboard and I literally had to fight them to stop them from paying me the commission (which was significant). Anyone dealing with TRR should read the dedicated thread in the shopping forum.

Dear fellow TPFs, thank you all for your help - has been a pleasure at collectors square! Bought a nice floppy B35 in brown Togo with palladium HW! Almost a bargain and very nice condition!
Oh and to contribute to this thread: I had a very good time at Collector‘s Square. Had an appointment at 11 and it was quite busy but the expert I was paired with was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. He showed me everything I was interested in and made a few suggestions too. One of them is my new to me B35. I first only bought a nice dark grey Fendi Peekaboo because I wanted to think about the B (and a nice exotic mini peekaboo) he said I should just walk around, gave me suggestions where to go (e.g. Bon Marché, the Sevres H Store etc) and held the paid for Fendi for me so I was free to shop
when I returned I was again paired with him and he had even held the two bags i was interested in for me. Which meant I paid for them and was out the door in 10min (I had to go to the airport so was very relieved it went so quickly)…all in all a perfect experience for me, so I highly recommend collectors square to everyone who’s going o Paris (I can’t, however, recommend Catherine B tbh)
Ultimately, TRR emailed me a shipping label and I sent them item back. They also gave me a shopping credit for my trouble.
Can anyone opine on why nearly all of Finklepuff's bags do not come with boxes? She also refuses to charge extra to ship a box. Just seems strange to me, but maybe I'm missing something. I've never purchased from her nor any reseller so perhaps I just don't understand the game. 
I think it's because she's from Singapore where people don't really have big storage spaces (small country, plenty of people), and boxes take up a lot of space. I know at least 2 Singaporean H fans who throw away H boxes and just keep the dustbag when buying bags.Can anyone opine on why nearly all of Finklepuff's bags do not come with boxes?
