Goodness gracious! 6-12 times? Well now the resellers I deal with are exclusively Ann’s Fabulous Finds and The Fashionphile. Thank you so much for sharing!
I do feel it’s just the way things are w staffing problems everywhere. The staff isn’t always qualified and their volume is insanely large. As long as the customer service people understand the problem and make it possible to return then it’s fine for me because I like the availability in the volume. I have only purchased, not consigned.

What is Redbird?
Just to clarify @Nomad ‘s comments above. The only fake Hermes scarf I have ever gotten was off of eBay, and I reported it in the eBay fakes thread.

I order a lot from TRR, and there have been a few occasions where the scarf quality was inaccurate. It is quite possible that the quality rating was correct on shipping, but not upon arrival. I bought a scarf rated as Pristine which was covered with numerous small snags on the back near where the tag was attached. I’ve gotten scarves with large undisclosed runs. These problems were consistent with being caused by the sharp plastic piece attaching their tag during shipping, so I suggest checking the scarves over carefully on arrival. If the scarf was discounted by 30% or less, you can return for refund, although you do pay for shipping. The kicker is that, although the condition of the scarf is no longer what it once was, I noticed that TRR will relist it exactly the same as before.

Omgosh thanks for clarifying! I thought it was TRR where you got that fake. Thanks for clarifying!

Yup happens a fair amount. Redbird got a fake and they relisted and sold. I have had to return due to incorrect condition 6-12 times and they just relist the same way and sell again. I did get free shipping to return and full credit back. Sometimes an undisclosed hole ( not even repaired) was on a scarf bc it was in very good condition lol. Requires some fight at times to deal with them. I think there are two fakes on there right now too. Thankfully not selling.

I posted on another thread about a recent TRR purchase listed as a “No visible signs of wear” maxi Twilly w/ box, that arrived as a questionable authenticity Maxi-Twilly Cut reeking of smoke, with a broken, fake scarf box, not a Maxi-Twilly box. They refunded my purchase price and shipping but it was a hassle. I doubt I will buy from TRR again. I have never felt like I got a good deal selling either. My items were all carelessly described and under-priced. After two tries at both, I think I’m over them.

I'm not sure what thread to post this in, it got deleted yesterday. I'm trying to buy a lock off of a seller on ebay (my bag came without one) the seller has no history of selling any Hermes products. The lock she has had something on it I've never seen. I'm new here and having trouble navigating the site. I would like to see if anyone else has a bag with a lock with that type of stamp? This thread says discuss eBay sellers, that's where I'm looking to buy.... Can someone help me? I have tried googling and I cannot find anything!

Unfortunately your question relates to authenticity of a product and this forum doesn’t openly discuss such info. You would likely need to contact a paid professional authentication service, though my humble advice would be to take your bag to an H store and ask to order a new lock for your bag, that way you know it’s genuine and the expense isn’t too crazy.

Okay thanks. I'm pretty sure it is authentic I just haven't seen this stamp before and was wondering if anyone else had. I understand no authenticating on here. I see people post pics about their stamping and if anyone has one like it, I figured asking if anyone had anything like that on a lock would be the same. Thanks for answering, I'll keep trying to figure out how to navigate it here!

as @arrowcounted said please buy your lock through Hermes.
You can take in a preowned bag and it wont be a problem and is a very reasonable cost.
