So pleased you managed to make it work and that it satisfactory concluded.
The basket itself dissappears for me if I didn't check out immediately.
I tried logged in as a guest in Chome, Safari and Firefox and logged in as a member too.
There's no title that works as prefix for my name (a problem because in most European countries we need titles on cards and docs). This meant the name on card does not match their transactions, which meant my transaction was denied twice, and I had to call CC people each time as the flag blocks all further use of the card. That was an afternoon I'll never get back.

And then the non-shipping option
As I said their French phone and WhatsApp didn't work for me. I'm glad for the one number that did work. But needing to call 4 times about the same issue seems excessive.

Oh I hadn't considered the prefix issue, might have been my issue too, they didn't offer Dr so I went with Mme or Ms, my bank then usually sends me a code via SMS, which I confirmed, so it went through and it was on my CC bill, however them simply not shipping and ignoring communications is a bit odd
