Agree with this. This should be closed for the same reasons as the previous.

So I was wondering, this is to the members of shopped at multiple boutiques. What are your top five boutiques that you’ve been to that you felt offered the best selection, great sales associates, and good volume of stuff. And your least favorite boutique, and I know that’s going to be hard because it could be either the service vs selection but that’s upto your discretion which makes it more on your judgement call of being your least favorite store . I haven’t been to many to say .

My top location is Lisbon , very friendly and decent selection of stuff .
Worst Madison Avenue due to attitude.

@Saffynyc in your previously (closed) thread you graded "NYC MADISON AVE A" and "Lisbon C+"

But just over a month later and everything's changed? Okay.

C+ based on size of store , my apologies I should have said that . But as far as full experience I would say it’s my favorite . With me friendless goes a long way . Of course Madison Avenue has the best selection but they are so rude that I would give them an F . But merchandise wise it’s and A+.

My experience at the 2 Malaysian stores: was served by an accommodating lady at the Pavilion branch. I asked about a Lindy, and she brought out both that were available in store. She unwrapped it for me, allowed me to take photos, answered my questions about the bag, the works. It was my first time handling a Lindy, and I was in awe. I didn't end up buying anything.

My second visit was to The Gardens branch and the SA I got was a cold, standoffish guy. I asked about a few bags, and he just told me "We have none" or "Stocks are usually reserved for our regular customers". Yeah dude, I know. I walked out almost immediately.

So we know who your SA is gonna be. Best wishes!

Is it a company policy that your can’t try putting your personal items in a bag at the boutique? I never had that problem EVER at Hermes until one of my more recent trips and I felt the SA just wasn’t interested in helping me, but not sure.

In all fairness no
Not until you're very sure getting the item
Just think for the next buyer
You like to buy something new but not in pristine condition?

Thanks for the reply, but that’s not what I’m asking. I’m wondering if it’s a company policy that you can’t try your things in the bag, irrespective to whether you’re about to make the purchase or not. Maybe I’m about to make the purchase and I walked in there ready to buy- that’s not the point. Just wondering what their official policy is.

Unless there are any Hermes employees on here to answer your question
you are only going to get the reported experiences of ordinary customers.

I can tell you that when I was looking for a messenger bag in NBS I was able to try out some of the larger items I wanted to carry. However that was just to check for fit, it was not loading the bag with a lot of paraphernalia.
