Has anyone recently emailed VCA requesting a travel pouch and was successful in having one sent?

Yes, for my most recent in-store purchase on 12/26/23, they stated they did not have any travel pouches nor did they have any cleaning kits. However, the SA gave me a travel roll for my new bracelet.
I recently inquired with customer relations and was informed by phone that they no longer make travel pouches and cleaning kits!! They must be cutting costs. SMH!
Thank you for responding! It is crazy how these items are not considered standard when making luxury purchase. I made my first VCA purchase in store over the weekend and it was great experience. I was given a cleaning cloth without asking but no travel pouch.
That's good to hear that your in-store experience was great. When I was at the boutique last month my SA also informed me that they're bringing back the original packaging for all purchases as clients have been complaining about the eco packaging looking cheap. I was also given 2 travel pouches (not sure why?) and a cleaning cloth for the holiday pendant.
I don't think I've ever been given a cleaning kit (even when I got my HP) but my SA is nice to give me the original box and a travel pouch but I know she doesn't do this with everyone...my other friend who shops with her was asked to choose between the two

When I bought my necklace at the boutique, my SA told me I could choose between the box or a pouch, but since I’m planning to get my necklace resized once I return home (I bought while out of town), I should choose the box as I’ll receive a pouch when I get my repair done. Has anyone had their necklace resized and can confirm this?
I got my necklace resized and it came back in a ziplock baggy 😂
She took it out of the ziplock bag and I wore it out of the boutique ..I was low key thinking I might get a pouch but nope lol
That's so strange! The ziplock bag is probably how the necklace arrived in from the workshop to the boutique, but without giving you a new pouch for it? Rude.
Haha I was a lil shocked but then when I got my hp I got both travel pouch and box so I used 1 of them for my necklace lol
I wonder if it's because I didn't buy the necklace thru her? But she's still my fav regardless ❤️

...every time I send in my pieces for resizing, my SA would bring it out in a travel pouch. The last time I skipped the boutique and sent in my 6 motif straight to the workshop using their home service kit, the bracelet came back in the tube shape travel case for watches/bangles. Perhaps they ran out of travel pouches that day when you were picking up the HP? It's always a mystery how VCA allocate their pouches 
It wasn't even a full size ziplock! Those super mini ones 🤣🤣🤣 can you imagine? My magic Alhambra in a zip lock baggy 😂I mean it's not the end of the world but I just didn't expect the SA to showcase your resized piece in a ziplock bag
Wow! That is just unacceptable in my mind... This isn't supposed to be some two-bit operation.
When I had my vintage pendant extended, I got it in a new velvet box, and the manager arranged for it to be wrapped up again, with the paper bag etc.
